REPRESENTATIONAL: The big golden ship represents power and money of the rabbits(bristish). The characters in the double page are the white rabbits which are the british and the brown rabbits which are the aboriginals. One of the whitw rabbits are planting a flag in the ground which represents the white rabbits (britsh) are taking over the brown rabbit’s land.
COMPOSITIONAL: The ships stands out so much in the picture because its the biggest object in the double page and the ship is drawn out of preportion. The ship wants us to recognize the power of the white rabbits. The colour of the shit is gold which represents wealth of the british and also the white rabbits are dressed up in clothes unlike the brown rabbits.
INTERACTIVE: Our attention is focused on the ship because it is big and the colour is gold which gives it the stand out effect. The rabbits coming out of the ship are standing proud and tall and marching towards the brown rabbits land(aboriginals) and the white rabbits are dressed neatly.

Understand Old One
What if you came back now
To our new world, the city roaring
There on the old peaceful camping place
Of your red fires along the quiet water,
How you would wonder
At towering stone gunyas high in air
Immense, incredible;
Planes in the sky over, swarms of cars
Like things frantic in flight.
